One-Stop Flight Case Solution: Cable, Amp and Line Array System
One-Stop Flight Case Solution for Cables, Power Amplifiers and Speakers
Behind every show that runs on time, the cases arrive undamaged, open fast and close tight. Speakers and amplifiers carry the sound — but the cases carry the show: they decide how equipment survives the truck, how quickly the stage gets dressed, and how much warehouse space the equipment actually consumes.
Our one-stop flight case solution covers three case types — cable, power amplifier and line array speaker — designed and delivered as one complete set from one supplier, built around your equipment list rather than around a catalog.

Power Amplifier Flight Case — The 4U Model
Amplifier cases do one job, repeatedly: carry heavy, rack-loaded electronics through warehouse, truck and load-in. The 4U model shown here is the no-caster version, and it stands still and holds its position while the rig is built around it; a caster version is available for amplifiers that move between stage and truck every day. The shell is aluminum honeycomb in an extruded aluminum frame with ball corner guards, closed by Penn Elcom cam latches — silkscreened and visible on every case.
Inside, rack rails line the walls and the case opens wide for full rack access, so amplifiers bolt in on the rails instead of sitting loose — the whole rack becomes one unit that lifts, stacks and locks shut as a single protected block. The honeycomb construction keeps the case light enough to move and rigid enough to stack, and the eight interlocking dome stack feet — four convex, four concave — mesh case with case, so a stack of amp cases locks together vertically without sliding or rocking: an entire amp section becomes one solid column on the truck and in storage — no wobble, no leaning, no "which one falls if the van hits a bump."
Sizes are customized to your amplifier layout, from a single-amp configuration to a full multi-rack section, so the electronics sit exactly where the rigging wants them, protected on every side.

Cable Flight Case — Every Run in Its Lane
The shell is aluminum honeycomb panels in an extruded aluminum frame with ball corner guards, closed by Penn Elcom cam latches. A cable case looks simple until you have to find one specific snake out of forty — during load-in, with the doors closing. Ours solves that with laser-cut plywood divider channels, each board with a built-in hand cutout, so every snake, multicore or coiled cable sits in its own lane: separated, labeled, tangle-free, and out in one grab.
The divider boards are removable, and the layout is built around your cable list. When the inventory changes next season — a few more snakes, a different mix of multicore — the channels are re-cut to the new list instead of the whole case being retired.
Inside, shock-absorbing foam lines the interior, and the hinged fabric-lined lid swings fully back so the whole divider row is reached in one glance — protecting conductors and connectors from impact and from case-on-case contact in the truck. Four heavy-duty casters with locking brakes roll the loaded case across stage decks and truck ramps, and the case stacks for compact loading and storage.

Line Array Speaker Flight Case — Stack Height, Stage Safety
Line array logistics are the hardest case job in the industry: heavy cabinets, and changeover windows that forgive nothing. The shell is aluminum honeycomb in an extruded aluminum frame with ball corner guards, closed by Penn Elcom cam latches.
Our speaker cases are cut to your specific line array cabinet dimensions, so each cabinet fits its case the way a hand fits a glove — no voids to rattle, no shifting in transit, no padding compromises. Four heavy-duty casters with locking brakes roll the loaded case across decks and ramps, the clamshell opens flat to 180 degrees for fast changeovers, a center divider keeps the interior layout clean, and the Penn Elcom latch action keeps every lid sealed through flight and handling.

One Supplier, One Complete Set
The point of one-stop is one point of accountability. Send us your full equipment list and we build the complete set to your specification: your size, your layout, your logo, your color.
The workflow is straightforward:
- Send the list. Cable inventory, amplifier rack configuration, line array cabinet dimensions — as rough as a spreadsheet is fine.
- We design the layout. Case dimensions and divider channel drawings come back for your sign-off before anything is cut.
- Production and full-set delivery. The complete set ships together, so day one on tour already looks like year three.
OEM and ODM are both welcome — size, layout, logo and color all move to your specification.
Where They Run
- Festival and touring production — the cases travel every day; one supplier's complete set is ready before the first load-in.
- Stage rental and events — a rental house's warehouse is measured in stack height and square meters; stackable cases buy back both.
- Theater, broadcast and club installs — cases that live in storage for months need latches that stay sealed and label plates that keep the inventory honest.
- Expanding case by case — start with the cable case, then add amp and speaker cases from the same supplier, and every new case fits the set you already run.
FAQ
Can you build the flight case to my exact equipment size?
Yes. All three case types are produced in custom sizes — send your cable list, amplifier rack configuration or line array cabinet dimensions and we build to match.
Are the cable case dividers removable?
Yes. The laser-cut plywood divider boards are removable, and the channel layout is customized to your cable list.
Can the cases be stacked?
The amplifier case stacks case-on-case with interlocking dome feet — four convex, four concave per case — and the cable case is stackable as well with lockable casters for rolling.
What can be customized?
Size, divider layout, logo printing and color across all three case types. OEM and ODM both welcome.
*Send us your equipment list — we will send back the complete set that matches it.
