HL-50A vs. HL-50A 4K Key Distinctions
Both the HL-50A and HL-50A 4K represent the flagship 3-way line array technology, featuring identical high-resolution driver components (dual 12" neo woofers, four 6.0" midranges, and dual 1.4" titanium compression drivers with 3.0" voice coils) and full RDNet remote management. The core difference lies in their power platform and amplifier architecture:
- HL-50A (Standard Flagship): Features a Tri-amped configuration delivering 2200W RMS / 4400W Peak power with a maximum SPL of 140 dB. It is designed for large-scale venues, theaters, and standard outdoor music festivals.
- HL-50A 4K (High-Power Flagship): Upgrades to a Quad-amped drive system with an impressive 4000W RMS / 8000W Peak output, pushing the headroom to 143 dB Max SPL. The added 3 dB output represents twice the acoustic energy, ensuring uncompromised clarity, minimal distortion at high output, and maximum throw distance required for stadium-scale events and high-impact EDM festivals.
