How many days can you finish my order?
For small order, we can ship within 1 to 5 days after received payment.
For big order, we can ship within 10 to 30 days after receive deposit.

How is your warranty?
We provide 3 years warranty for power amplifiers.

Can I make the products with my own Logo?
Yes, we could provide OEM services to you, make your logo on the products and cartons. Please provide the pictures of your logo after confirm the order. Logo customization requires MOQ. For details, please consult our customer service.

Can I customize the product panel?
Of course can. Provide your panel design. We will design and respect and protect copyright. Panel design customization requires a minimum order quantity. For details, please consult our customer service.

What is the payment term?
You could pay Paypal, T/T, Bank Transfer and Western Union.

What is the minimum order quantity for non-customized products?
Power amplifiers, microphones, processors, speakers, etc. The minimum order quantity is 1.

What certificates does your product have?
Products with CE ROHS certification.

Which shipping channels can I choose?
Express transportation, sea transportation, rail transportation, air transportation and so on. If you have your own freight forwarder in China, you can also provide it to us.
